Mike was respected and admired for his passion, drive and commitment to DHL and specifically the Customs Department. Mike has worked alongside many employees within the business over the years, and in this time he has provided much support to either aid their development and progression to a more senior role or was there to simply be a listening ear for anyone who needed it. His enthusiasm and dedication over the years merited him with a reputation as the expert in managing people and customs processes, and was often called the ‘font of all knowledge’. He will continue to be held in the highest esteem and regard by his colleagues and friends at DHL and terribly missed. The office was a brighter place when Mike was around due to his smiley and fun personality, and will be remembered by all who knew him within our memories and our hearts.
